Stereotypemess Recipes: Berry Healthy Oatmeal

Hello guys! Some of you have been asking me about my recipes! If you're following me on Instagram and Snapchat you may have seen that I'am a huge fan of food and that I really enjoy cooking. This is why I decided to start sharing some of my recipes, not only because they are healthy, delicious and easy to make, but because I believe that food is love and I really enjoy cooking to the people I love the most. Hopefully you like these recipes as much as I do! Bon Appétit!  

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of hot water
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of blueberries 
1/2 cup of raspberries 
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
8 almonds or 1 teaspoon of raw almond butter 
2 teaspoons of agave syrup or 1/4 teaspoon of stevia.
Add cinnamon if you want! 

Preparation: 

Bring the water to a boil and then add the oats. Let it sit for 2 min and add then add the almond milk. Stir the ingredients until most of the water has been absorbed. Add the chia seeds and stir. Let it sit for another minute and then add the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!

Hola a todos! Espero que el fin de semana los haya tratado de maravilla. Pues les cuento que hoy quiero dedicar este post a la primera receta que comparto en el blog! Desde hace ya algunos meses, he recibido varios comentarios acerca de lo que cocino y si me siguen en Instagram y Snapchat ya se habrán dado cuenta de como amo la comida y sobre todo cocinar. Es por esto que hoy decidí empezar a compartir algunas de mis recetas favoritas con ustedes, no solo porque considero que son bastante sanas y fáciles de hacer, sino porque creo que cocinar para las personas que mas quieres es una muestra de cariño inigualable. Espero que las disfruten al igual que yo y no olviden compartir conmigo sus comentarios! Provecho! 

Ingredientes:

1/2 taza de avena
1/2 taza de agua hirviendo
1 taza de leche de almendras
1/2 taza de moras 
1/2 taza de frambuesas
1 cucharadita de semillas de Chía 
8 almendras o 1 cucharadita de mantequilla de almendras 
2 cuacharaditas de miel de agave o 1/4 de cucharadita de stevia. 

Preparación:

Vierte la avena en un plato hondo y agrega el agua hirviendo. Déjala reposar por 2 minutos y después añade la leche de almendras. Deja reposar los ingredientes hasta que el agua se haya absorbido casi por completo. Después ánade la cucharadita de Chía y revuelve. Deja reposar todo por un minuto y después agrega el resto de los ingredientes.
