Last night was officially my first time at this modern contemporary french bistro in Los Angeles and I must say it was an exceptional food and drink experience. I was very impressed of the quality of the food and the unique flavor that Chef Walter Manzke achieved on each plate. The friendly staff and the environment was awesome and the wine was definitely the perfect pairing for such a nice dinner. If you live in Los Angeles, I highly recommend this place. you won't regret it.
Things you must try: Tomato Mezcal Coctail, Kumamoto oysters, Cauliflower with dates and hazelnuts and the Mary's organic chicken.
La noche de ayer fue oficialmente mi primera visita a este bistro contemporáneo francés y tengo que admitir que fue una experiencia culinaria excepcional. Cabe decir que me impresionó mucho la calidad de los ingredientes y el sabor único que el Chef Walter Manzke le dio a cada uno de los platillos. El servicio y el ambiente fueron increíbles así como la carta de vinos la cual iba a la perfección con la calidad de la comida. Si vives en Los Angeles, te recomiendo que pruebes este lugar. Te aseguro que no te vas a arrepentir.
Tienes que probar: Coctail de tomate con mezcal, los ostiones Kumamoto, la coliflor con datines y avellanas y el pollito orgánico.
