Afterlight (Tommy Hilfiger Series Part II) (Look 93)

There's something magical about light. Light has the power to change the way we look at things. It can change perspectives, places, things and can even affect our mood. It's a natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible. Believe it or not, light travels at 186,000 miles per SECOND. In other words the light you're seeing right now was still tucked away in the sun about eight minutes ago. Ok. Now you  have a better understanding of why I said there was something magical about light, right? 

I wanted to talk about this subject on this post because I truly believe that lighting is everything, especially when it comes to photography. 

 It's not easy to capture a beautiful soft glow, but personally I think that this series are a good example. 

Now you know, light takes twice as long to get from the sun to the Earth as it does to make a cup of coffee ; )

Lost without my Boy.friend

During NYFW I had the chance to meet my new Boy.Friend. Yes, my new boy period friend. An elegant elongated octagonal watch inspired by the bottle cap of the CHANEL No.5 perfume is my newest obsession. 

As you may have already seen, my style changes everyday. It really depends on my mood.  Sometimes I can be the most girly girl in the world and sometimes I really love to dress in a more androgynous way. This is one of the reasons I fell in love with my new Boy.Friend. 

It’s a timeless piece that you can rock with pretty much anything you want.

Mademoiselle Coco Chanel had herself a very androgynous yet sophisticated style. In fact she was the first woman to reject a lot of the feminine styles of her day and created a kind of boyish style which made her a rebel in the 1920s and 30s With a huge variety of adornments and straps, CHANEL offers this iconic piece with or without diamonds. Definitely a must for your collection.
